Work Permit Procedures

We have created an electronic work permit request form. Please click the link below to request your work permit. The below information will be verified prior to issuing an intent to work form.

GPA will need to be verified. (Must have a 2.0 and No "F" grade on last report card)
Permit will be emailed to the student upon form completion.
Have your new employer complete the permit form.
Submit the completed permit form to Mrs. Aguilar by email.
